Flat rate shipping charges apply to UPS Ground shipping orders in the United States except for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.  Sorry flat rate UPS Ground Shipping is unavailable to military addresses (APO/FPO) and will be shipped by US Postal Mail. 

All items on the SIM Yamaha website are generally kept in stock. In-Stock orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after they have been placed on the site.  If the part(s) are not in stock we will ship the order complete when the parts arrive.  If you would like to have the parts shipped in seperate shipments there will be an additional $5.00 fee added to your shipping charges.  You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.  In the shipping notification e-mail there is a link that will take you to the UPS order tracking website.  You will receive email notification of any out-of-stock items.  Please feel free to contact us by email (parts@shipyardisland.com) or by calling our toll free phone number (1-800-213-3323) with any questions.

Orders containing oils, lubes, fuel additives (i.e. Ring Free), cleaners and degreasers cannot be shipped by any types of UPS Air (3-Day, 2nd-Day or Next Day) and will be shipped by UPS Ground shipping only.  Shipping charges for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air and Next Day Air are only estimates and will be adjusted up or down accordingly.   For exact shipping charges with these types please call our toll free number 800-213-3323.  Please note that shipping times for these types of shipping methods to Alaska and Hawaii are not guaranteed. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
